Activation: This card is activated by a signature from Pam. No one but Pam of Pam's Threading Place is allowed to sign the gift card activation area. Gift Cards NOT signed by Pam will not be accepted.

For Services Only: For the sake of simplicity, this card does not have a total balance. This card simply allows for one eyebrow shaping session along with any other services you would like to add to the card. Pam will write down any extra services in the gray area or/and the back of the card. Only Pam can write extra services in the gray area or back of the card.
